The company is composed of eight departments, and has monthly training mechanism and evaluation management system, which make various departments’ work become increasingly mature and perfect. Our company develops rapidly and pops out in the market.

■ Production Department
　　 Production Department has twelve production and management staffs with many years’ experience, and more than 600 workers. We produce in strict accordance with HACCP processing and management monitoring system. Our products include Alaskan pollack products, cod products, flounder products, red fish products, salmon products and shellfish products.

■ QC Department
　　 QC Department has five QC technical staffs, who are mainly responsible for researching technology, organizing trainings before processing, responding to customers for product quality guarantee, keeping everyday QC monitoring record, so as to tracking various quality problems and help to complete product reclaim when necessary.

■ Sanitary Inspection Department
　　 Sanitary Inspection Department has seven health safety technical personnel, who are mainly responsible for self-evaluation work of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) during processing, organizing monthly sanitation operation training, conducting everyday product microbiological test, studying and analyzing microbiological test results, and correcting improper behavior during process, so as to ensure sanitary safety of products.

■ Storage Department
　　 Storage Department has seven experienced warehouse management personnel to ensure the safe use of material and safe storage of products.

■ Power Equipment Department
　　 Power Equipment Department has ten professional equipment maintenance and repairing personnel, who provide accurate and timely maintenance and repairs for production equipment and facilities to ensure the safety of the production process.

■ Trade Department
　　 Trade Department has five management personnel with nearly 10 years’ experience in trade management. High efficient import and export trade operation and quality customer service get them unanimous praise from customers.

■ HR Department
　　 HR Department has five experienced management personnel, who are responsible for transferring high-quality talents for various departments of the company, training grassroots level and senior management personnel, and providing safe and convenient working environment for the staff.

■ Finance Department
　　 Finance Department has four senior financial management personnel, who provide quality financial management to support effective cooperation between trade partners and the company.
